HELP our young men from being thugs!!

 Can someone please help!! I am struggling with a problem with  our young men many of whom are my cousins . 

Can some one tell me why is it that  SOME of  our young men is struggling with  being " the Baddest young man in the district?"

is is simply " Hurt people , hurt people" ?

I suffer  much verbal abuse and sometimes even  physical  abuse from these nephews and cousins .

Is these  boys that badly " troubled"   that  makes them hurt other people?

Is there HOPE  for mothers, aunts,  and sisters like me who  need   help to mentor and bring these young men to  constructive , productive citisens?

Is there any resources e.g dvds, men, cds,  videos etc that can  teach these young men who is so gripped by the " bad man " culture  that they have so lost their way ?

look at some of the innocent , nice looking  West Bay Boys  who when you look at them are so " fine looking " young men . Yet they have a  mentality Raging in them that is so verbally and physically destructive.

Yet I have seen many of them TURNED around once the   got the help of other men who  got them involved in some trade,  or hired them or showed them how to be little business men and entrepreneurs. 

  Is there anyone  out there  that will be willing to offer even say FREE computer skills etc where these young men could even start a ONLINE Business . As I have seen over and over it is all about how or what a young man can do to build selff worth and make a living.

Anyone has any suggestions out there that can help them???

Then I know of  a good school in the USA  that have found success in " turning these boys around" But it is about $2,000 a month and they can't afford it .

How can we get  that  type of school here?

Help me Joe Public.. I am struggling as a West Bayer  who is watching these young men " wasting away to a live of crime and bad behaviour" each week.
