LIME disruption of service?

What's going on with Lime services these days.

For the past month or so I've experienced problems with email not reaching it's intended destination. I have no idea if I'm not receiving email, but I do know my email are not getting through and there are no fail delivery notices coming back?

I finally called 811 to get some answers and all the calls I made were dropped??

Is anyone else experiencing these problems?
