Where are those scary caymans?

If there's something to criticise the media about, it is the lack of followup on anything but murder stories. Given the hysteria a few months ago over the real and imagined sightings of a few crocodilians, does anyone now know whether they were deported to Jamaica or elsewhere (or killed) or released back into the mangrove reserves where they would no doubt be breeding furiously in preparation to take over their namesake island? Also, do caymans eat green iguanas?
