Before you use our Free Classifieds Service, you agree to familiarize yourself with our Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and this Classifieds Policy, and abide by them if you choose to use our Classifieds Service.

By using this site you warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Minors must be under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You may find the text of your advert has been modified in accordance with the CNS Classifieds Policy. This page gives you information about ads that can and cannot be published, however it does not represent a complete list. Business ads

Companies (Trade Advertisers) can advertise their goods or services on Cayman News Service news pages or CNS Classifieds pages for a fee. Target ads for you business start as low as $25 per month. For details email doreen.tricket@caymannewsservice.com or call 916-5579.

Free Classifieds

You agree that other users' personally identifiable information that you obtain through a CNS Classifieds-facilitated transaction will be used only for CNS Classifieds related communications and for completing the transaction in question. You warrant that the information you provide to us is complete, honest and complies with all applicable national and international laws and regulations. CNS reserves the right to refuse any Classified posting for any reason.

CNS will not publish ads regarding adult services, products, or containing adult content in any shape or form; ads which contain slanderous or derogatory comments or content; ads which promote the services of psychics, mystics, mediums, clairvoyants, astrologers, card readers or persons claiming to have any other kind of supernatural abilities.

Website addresses

Website addresses and company logos are not accepted in ads placed as a CNS Free Classifieds advertisement.

Copies and imitations

CNS will not publish advertisements for unauthorised copies, pirate versions or back-ups of any kind across all its sections.

Endangered animals and plants

CNS will not publish ads concerning any item made, in whole or part, from shell, fur, skin, ivory, horns, teeth and feathers from animals identified as at risk or endangered. CNS will not publish ads concerning the sale or consumption of unauthorised turtle meat or marine creatures that are in any way and at any time protected by local or international law. CNS will not publish ads concerning plants that are considered at risk or endangered or are protected in any way by local or international law.

Vacations

Ads for vacations and vacation accommodation are not accepted as free ads. For further information on placing vacation ads, please call Doreen at 345-916-5579.

Dogs

CNS will not publish advertisements for prohibited breeds of dogs, including: Mastiff Breeds, including: Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brazileiro, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Neapolitan Mastiff, Dogue de Bordeaux, American Bulldog. Other breeds: Chinese Shar-Pei, Mallanois, Japanese Akita, Catahoula Leopard Dog.

Weapons

CNS will not accept advertising for weapons of any kind.

Payment

Payments for purchases will be made by the Consumer directly to the Seller. CNS is not involved in the payment transaction between Consumer and Seller. CNS is not responsible for setting payment terms, collecting or ensuring payments. The parties need to reach an agreement on the pricing and the payment terms prior to the finalization of the transaction.

Release

CNS is not involved in the actual transaction between the parties. As a result, CNS has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the goods, services or transaction. CNS has no control over payments made by the Consumer to the Seller. We cannot ensure that a transaction will actually be completed. CNS cannot and does not confirm each user's purported identity. Any agreements are solely between the Consumer and the Seller. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release CNS (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. If you are unsure about your purchase or sale, you are advised to seek the advice of competent legal counsel before you sign a contract or otherwise finalize the transaction.

Privacy

Users of CNS Free Classifieds must log their full name, phone number, location and email address when they submit a classified ad. However, users have the option of not posting names, emails and phone numbers on the CNS website. If users choose to publish these online in a CNS Classifieds ad, they do so at their own risk.
