Anyone who thinks there isn't

Anyone who thinks there isn't organised crime here needs to think again.  How can two people with no connections here whatsoever escape and remain at large without someone helping them?  Not only are those who let them escape culpable, but those who are assistiing them remain at large are culpable too.  Why is it that it seems like everyone, including the government, don't want to follow laws and rules these days? Are we heading for anarchy?

I thought I heard the RCIPS

I thought I heard the RCIPS chopper flying around the other day, I assumed a group of Cuban fishermen had a hole in their boat or something!
Seriously though, why and how were these vagrants allowed to escape into society, will anybody loose their job due to this serious neglect?  Did anybody think to chase them, or were the Immigration staff holding the door open for them?

Except that they didn't land

Except that they didn't land here of their own choice, right?  Nor are they seeking to stay here.  No - we are forcing them to choose between continuing on the high seas and risking death because we won't allow the to repair their boats reprovision and move on, or being forcibly repatriated to the loving arms of Castro.  Dounto to others...
