DST will: Increase in finance with New York and London = extra working hour in sync.
Working class people can actually exercise or see a sunset when they get home from work and spend time with their families without it being dark outside.
Tourism will have longer days to sell watersports, two seatings for dinner, and Dept of Tourism can advertise, "Now in Cayman, an EXTRA hour of sunshine"
No downside here except narrow minded simpletons who want to remain, "in the dark".
