With one hotel already closed
With one hotel already closed and another major one about to close I can really see the need to turn 7 mile beach into New York City. Sometimes I swear the UDP have got their heads up their a@@es and the general public is intent on following suit.

Y'all are suffering from insufficient imagination. Go for 150 stories! Tallest buildings in the world south of Florida! Be like Dubai! Wait, it's already like Dubai--a tiny place with the same mistreated guest workers. Still, how about a palm tree shaped island in North Sound? Awesome!
