Is the RCIPS doing a good job?

RCIPS has some very good officers who are dedicated to their jobs and truly care about this community however management because of their incompetence has done everything to demotivate and damage them. Its sad to see the elite sitting at coffec shops with their buddies, drinking coffee and hanging out while other cops bust their tails working.  Where are the traffic cops.  Recenlty I guess to help government collect revenue they were everywhere and everyone seemed to have a quota, now they are no where to be seen.  I asked about a certain traffic cop and I heard that recently they accused that person of selling drugs, thats one of their best traffic cops. Apparently they cannot backup these damaging claims.  Look at the streets now, you can drive from East End to West Bay and there are harly any cops on the road.  This officer although people disliked him because he did his job was visible and it made a difference.  My son used to hate it when he was on the road. Whats up with this female traffic cop who beat-up her husband. Why is she still a cop. It was made public in court that she and her cop lover abused her husband.   Its sad to see only a few cops carrying the force.  It was also sad to see these officers on patrol especially during this shooting with limited resources i.e. vests.  I saw a male officer young guy with limited protective gear on.  He was obviously working hard but was under protected.  Get these officers protected, they cannot fight guns with flashlights. Come on management get it togethor and protect these dedicated officers.  BTW - Officers great job in BT.  It should be noticed this was only possibly because you were near by. Patrol Patrol Patrol
